Zakiya, Ziraya, Zamiya, Zymicah, Zakaria, and Zabriya

Being in foster care is never easy — but it’s especially tough when you’re part of a large sibling group. These six incredible children have been through more than most, yet their hearts remain open, hopeful, and full of love. What they want more than anything is simple: to stay together. To laugh in the same rooms, eat at the same table, and grow up side-by-side in a home that sees their value and believes in their future. Zakiya, Zamiya, Zhimicah, Zakaria, Zabriya, and Zariya are full of life, personality, and potential. They love, support, and lean on one another in ways only siblings can yet they each are their own individual person. What they need now is a family with the heart — and the space — to welcome all six and provide the steady love and structure they deserve. Zakiya, the oldest, is the natural leader. Wise beyond her years, she has a positive attitude, gets along well with peers of all ages, and takes responsibility for her actions. She’s nurturing, steady, and someone her siblings look up to. Zamiya is full of energy and drive. She’s a powerhouse on the track, volleyball court, and martial arts floor. She thrives when she has a structured outlet for her passions and she always brings excitement and spunk wherever she goes. Zariya can be shy at first, but once she warms up, she connects beautifully with others. She enjoys dancing and is proud to be on her school’s dance team. She’s doing well in school and is growing more confident every day. Zhimicah is an adventurous little guy who loves playing outside, playing with toy cars, and taking martial arts classes. His playful nature adds joy and laughter to the group. Zakaria is full of sass and sunshine. She loves the outdoors, skating, and going to church. Don’t let her young age fool you — she’s known for keeping her siblings in line with a surprising knack for leadership. Zabriya, the baby of the family, is sweet and curious. She adores story time and playing outside, always looking for her next adventure. These siblings also have other brothers and sisters they hope to stay connected with. The ideal home would be one filled with patience, consistent discipline, faith, and most importantly — love. A family that can embrace their past while helping them shape a brighter future.
