Meet our friends Kiaona and Tessa – two talented sisters who share a love of music and art as they search for their forever home. Kiaona, the older sister, has a great sense of humor and creative spirit. Though she may be shy at first, she quickly captivates those around her with her creativity and charm. Being forced to take on a parenting role early in life, Kiaona has faced academic and emotional challenges. She needs time to trust others and struggles to open up, but what she longs for is stability and understanding. Tessa is the outgoing and sociable one. She connects easily with others and enjoys spending time with friends. When it comes to food, she knows what she likes – it’s always pizza and Chick-fil-A. Tessa faces academic challenges and benefits from an Individualized Education Program (IEP) for support. Kiaona and Tessa would thrive in a one or two-parent household home where they can receive the structure and support they need to grow and achieve their dreams.
