Meet Taren – a teenage boy looking for a forever home! In his spare time, you may catch Taren reading a book, playing video games, or sports. Those who know him say that Taren is selfless; he loves helping others and is a true gentleman, but Taren also struggles with impulse control due to the past traumas. Taren is currently placed in a therapeutic foster home to help manage his behavior and is currently in therapy and receiving medication management to help mitigate this challenge. Taren would thrive best in a single or two-parent home, with a structured environment, where he is the youngest or only child. The family will need to be patient, supportive, and willing to love him unconditionally as he works through past trauma to become the young man we know he’s destined to be.
