Tai

Tai is a bright, funny, and kind-hearted teen with a love for sports, animals, and helping others. Whether he’s out running, shooting hoops, or tossing a football, Tai is happiest when he’s moving and outdoors. He’s also a huge fan of animals and dreams of working with them one day—maybe even as a groomer! While pets are a plus, it’s okay if you don’t have any; Tai’s heart is full either way. Tai is also a whiz at math and he loves board games, video games (especially Fortnite and sports games). He enjoys superhero and scary movies, and Spider-Man is his all-time favorite. Tai is sweet with younger kids and has a natural gift for helping others. While he can be shy in social settings, once he warms up, you’ll quickly see his charm, wit, and loveable personality shine. Tai has faced some hard things in life, but he’s using music—especially songs by Juice Wrld—as a way to express his emotions and process grief. He also knows sign language, thanks to a deaf relative he communicated with growing up, and would love a home that could help him keep learning and practicing. Tai would thrive in a warm, patient, and loving home, ideally as an only child where he can be the center of attention and care. He does especially well with male role models and prefers a home with one dad (with or without a mom), or one or two moms. With his love for spicy noodles, Takis, Mountain Dew, and late-night superhero marathons, Tai is ready to fill a home with laughter, love, and his own special brand of strength.
