Marnique

Marnique is a kind-hearted, happy, and affectionate young girl who shares her love through constant hugs and warm smiles. She's a natural leader who enjoys being in charge and gets along well with other children. Whether she’s watching Cocomelon, jumping at the trampoline park, or playing on her tablet, Marnique brings energy and joy to every room she enters. Marnique is an A & B honor roll student and currently receives occupational and physical therapy to support her developmental needs. She faces some challenges with attention, following directions, and emotional regulation, often crying when things don’t go her way or becoming overly trusting of others. Her big imagination can sometimes lead to nightmares, and she prefers not to be left in the dark. Despite these struggles, Marnique is a healthy, bright little girl with a vibrant personality. Marnique will thrive in a structured two-parent home with a strong, authoritative parenting style. She needs firm boundaries, consistent routines, and caregivers who enforce rules clearly and without compromise. Her future family should be committed to continuing any therapeutic and mental health supports she may need now and in the future. With the right guidance and loving structure, Marnique has incredible potential to grow into a confident and capable young girl. She’s communicated that she would like to be in an African American family, and is ready for a family who will offer the stability, patience, and support she needs—along with plenty of love and hugs in return.
