Meet Elias – a bright and creative young boy with a tender heart, and a love for exploring, and trying new things. Elias has experienced a lot of loss and change in his young life and is still learning how to process big feelings like grief and anger. He benefits from calm, consistent adults who understand trauma and can give him patience, structure, and reassurance. When he feels safe and understood, Elias can be thoughtful, funny, and deeply expressive about his emotions. Elias does best in peaceful environments and is most comfortable in rural settings with room to explore. He will thrive in a two-parent home where he can be the only child, allowing him to receive the focused care and attention he needs. His ideal family will be loving, trauma-informed, and ready to walk beside him as he continues to heal, grow, and discover the world around him.
