Annabelle

Annabelle is a bright, creative young person with a love for learning and self-expression. She enjoys reading, knitting, and crocheting, and is very talented at playing the piano. Art is another outlet she utilizes—she loves to draw and bring her imagination to life. While she may be a bit shy at first, once Annabelle feels comfortable, she truly shines and becomes the life of the party. When it comes to food, Annabelle has a favorite that tops the list: shepherd’s pie! She also loves anything sour and enjoys discovering new flavors.  One of Annabelle’s strengths is her self-awareness. She is often able to reflect on her choices and can clearly articulate what she wishes she had done differently. This insight shows her capacity for growth and her desire to do well, especially when supported with patience and understanding. Annabelle has experienced challenges that make trusting others and navigating authority difficult at times, so she benefits from caregivers who can offer consistency, clear boundaries, and calm, open communication. Annabelle would thrive in a two-parent household and is open to a male same-sex couple.
