Tiphanie Gurwell

Northwest Arkansas Outreach Coordinator
Project Zero

Tiphanie Gurwell is the Outreach Coordinator for the Northwest Arkansas Division of Project Zero where she works with local families, volunteers, businesses and waiting kids. Tiphanie heads the planning of local matching events, raises funds and supports the DCFS adoption unit in her area

Tiphanie started her career in Realty but soon decided to focus her time on her four children at home. After volunteering at a local event for the launch of Project Zero in her area, her heart began to want to do more for the foster care crisis. She applied for the position with Project Zero in 2015 and since has become a strong advocate for waiting kids in NWA.

Since joining the Project Zero team, Tiphanie has worked on multiple matching events, providing assistance to DCFS with local food drives and adoption gifts for children who are adopting out, remodeling a local foster boys group home and working with local churches and businesses to raise awareness about the work we strive to do.

Tiphanie enjoys working with at risk teens and resides in Centerton with her husband Jason and their four children. They attend Cross Church in Rogers and plan to adopt in the future.
