Lisa is currently the Vice President of Global Compensation for Walmart Stores, Inc. She started her Walmart career in May 1993 (~21 years) as an Assistant Manager in Training in the Sarasota, FL area. She has 13 years of operations experience as well as over 18 years of Human Resource experience.

Lisa has raised in Sarasota, Florida and attended the University of Florida where she obtained her Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Marketing. She moved to Arkansas in 2001 with Walmart, and has loves the area. She earned her MBA from Webster University in Fayetteville, AR.

She enjoys family time with her husband Blake, three step-children Sid, Maddie and Claudia and her two sons Braydon and Hunter. The family’s favorite past time is hanging with family and friends on Beaver Lake, camping and boating, as well as Arkansas Razorback and Florida Gator Football games. The family attends Saint Vincent de Paul Church in Rogers, AR.

Lisa’s is currently the President of the St. Vincent de Paul School Board and the North West Arkansas representative on Project Zero’s board. Both boards are aligned to her interests in the well being of children in the state of Arkansas.
